Adva Simantov-Damti is the current projects director at the School of Government and Policy. Before joining the School Adva headed a team in a joint Israeli-Palestinian joint-venture working with donor countries, and later, worked at the New Israel Fund and the Tel Aviv Rape Crisis Center in fundraising and project development. She has also served as a teaching assistant and a research assistant at the department of Public Policy in The Tel Aviv University.

In her recent position Adva has been the liaison officer at Tel Aviv University's Executive Masters in Public Policy Program (EMPP). Her expertise is social marketing and project development.
